As a Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will engage directly with clients to assess their needs, present suitable insurance options, and provide outstanding service. Your role is vital in building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

As a Life and Health Insurance Sales Agent, you will engage directly with clients to assess their needs, present suitable insurance options, and provide outstanding service. Your role is vital in building lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coduct in-person cosultations with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Present and explain life and health insurance products and options.
- Provide accurate quotes and assisst client sin completing applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Sell life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in Life and Health insurance sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with excellent organizational skills.
- Active West Virginia Life and Health insurance license.
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Fairmont, West Virginia.
- Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2016.
- I am a proud graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
- We have 40+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
