Position overview:
As a Remote Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong sales acumen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through phone and online interactions.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Provide quotes, answer inquiries, and assist clients through the purchasing process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products is a plus; Property and Casualty Insurance license will be required before start date.

- Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
